April 14th arrived and oh dear what a day it was. Freezing cold and extremely windy conditions challenged the golfers in Rathfarnham GC.
Killiney v Druids Heath 12.45. The first nine holes were nip and tuck- the Killiney crew who were up against formidable opposition. The back 9 - things started to look a little tougher for us. Killiney played very well with Barbara bringing in an early win. Cathryn fought back,won both 16th and 17th to go down 18th,one down. Her par was matched by the opposition.... a narrow loss. Darina and Miriam played great matches respectively , against tough opponents who made few mistakes on the day. Diane was in a strong position when she was called in on the 18th.
