KILLINEY GOLF CLUB

The competition will take the form of Matchplay, consisting of 64 pairs, commencing on Sunday 10th May with all first-round matches

2.

Subsequent rounds will be played over the following evenings with the Final on Friday 15th May 2020

Starting Times each day will be as follows:

Sunday 10th May

9.00am (Top Half) - Round 1

1.30pm (Bottom Half) - Round 1

Monday 11th May

4.30pm Shotgun Start - Round 2

Tuesday 12th May

4.30pm Shotgun Start - Round 3

Wednesday 13th May

4.30pm Quarter Finals

Thursday 14th May

4.30pm Semi Finals

Friday 15 May

3.00pm Final

3.20pm 9 Hole Competition

8.00pm Gala Dinner & Prize Giving

All Clubs will be advised of draw & starting times approximately one week in advance.

On Friday 15th May there will be a Consolation Competition from 3.20pm and a timesheet will be in operation, followed by Gala Dinner & Prizegiving

5.

All pairings must be Full or Associate members from the same club with a maximum allowable combined Handicap of 34. If Combined Handicaps are over 34 they will be adjusted accordingly.

6.

Juniors are not eligible for this competition.

7.

There is a Maximum of 6 teams per club permitted to play in the competition.

8.

Maximum number of shots to be given in any one match will be 8.

9.

Starting times must be strictly adhered to and players must be ready to come to the first tee when called by the starters.

10.

Soft Spikes are mandatory at Killiney Golf Club.
