Morning Campers,
Our Members Club Photograph is taking place at 5pm this Sunday afternoon. At present the day looks to be dry. In order for the event to go as smoothly as possible could we request you comply with the following:
Car Parking will be at a premium so we would ask you to either Car Pool or get dropped off at the club and collected later. This will be of immense value.
For those who might struggle there will be buggies available to transport members over and back from the 8th fairway.
The dress code is optional.
Once play on the course has been completed, the bell in the bar will be sounded and we request that all members make their way over to the 8th at that time.
Once the bell has been rung the bar will close in preparation for the drinks receptions afterwards.
The timing on the event will depend largely on members completing their rounds in the Captains Prize qualifier so may be subject to change.
