I have finally got the starting date for my new 5 week program running on 5 consecutive Wednesday's or Saturday's in September/October.

The Wednesday classes will run from 10am - 11am and they will be €50 with a maximum of 8 spots available on a first paid first in basis. The start date will be Wednesday the 9th September and the classes will run for an hour each. If the first class books up and there are more people interested I will add another class from 11 - 12 as before. Here is the full schedule as it will run:

The Saturday class for those of you working Monday to Friday will run from 10am - 11am, if anyone has a different choice of time please email me back and we can work with you on it once we have the numbers. The first date will be Saturday 12th September and will run from 10am - 11am and will be €50 with a maximum of 8 spots available on a first paid first in basis. Both classes on a Saturday are open to both male or female members of any age and guests can also join if you have a friend who might be interested once they have a GUI handicap.
