Dear Members,

We recently sent you a survey regarding the volume of communications sent from the Club. We were keen to ascertain whether there was a danger of “overload” especially during these Covid times.

The question we asked was:

Are you receiving too many communications (emails/texts/etc.) from Killiney Golf Club?

The overall view was a resoundingly positive one with 92% of you saying that did not feel you were getting too many communications from the club.  We also offered you the opportunity to comment and over 50% of you did so.

Special mention was given to Niall’s weekly Digest with many saying that it is a great way of highlighting and keeping members up to date with the weekly activity in the club.  The Covid committee was also singled out for the timeliness and relevance of their communications around lockdown and its restrictions.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to respond and give a view. It was very much appreciated.

The Communications Committee

Clodagh Hughes (Chairperson), Cathy McGovern, Gerry Drum, David Little, Cornelia McNamara, Paddy Allen and Ronnie Kane.
