Please see attached video of Chef Mark Clarke's Recipe and instructions for making a Puree of Root Vegetables, Mashed Potato with Scallions, Pan Fried Cod with King Prawns in a tomato white wine cream sauce. Have a great weekend.

Ingredients* (Serves 2)

3 Large Carrots
1/2 Turnip
I  Parsnip
4 Medium to Large Potatoes (Maurice Pipers or Roosters)

Sauce: 
3 cloves of Garlic
1/2 teaspoon of fresh choppped Rosemary
3 Scallions
4 Soup Spoons of Double Cream
1/4 cup of White Wine
1 Cup of Tomato Passata
2 Portions of Cod Fillets
1 Packet of King Prawns
