Ballot System for Wine Appreciation Night

Our upcoming Spanish Wine Appreciation Night kindly sponsored by Findlaters, on Thursday 23rd March is proving so popular that the first-come, first- served system due to limited spaces, will produce an unfair outcome.
Therefore, after much thought, we have decided to operate a ticket ballot system for this event, which will be open to Members only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests at this time.
The ballot system will work as follows:
* Ticket registration will open tomorrow, Friday morning, 10th March, and will close on Sunday evening 12th March. Unlike the first-come, first-served system you will not be reserving a ticket at this point, you will be entering the ticket ballot by adding yourself and (one) other member to a waiting list which will be displayed on the notice board in the dining room. Please write both names clearly with a contact telephone number. Each member can only feature once as a booker or guest.
* Ticket registration will be open until the close of business on Sunday 12th March.
* Mark Carwood (General Manager) and Helen Gallagher (Chairperson Social Committee) will conduct the ballot on Monday 13th March.
*You will be notified by phone if you have been successful and been assigned tickets.
*If you have not been assigned tickets you will also be notified by phone, however you will remain on the waiting list in the event of any tickets becoming available.
*Tickets are €35 per person and will include a 5 Course Tapas/Sharing Plates accompanied by specially selected wines from Marques De Riscal.
