Dear Members,
We would like to update you on some new developments since our last correspondence and remind you of one or two items to keep at the forefront of your mind.
Tomorrow, Friday 31st of July, we will be re introducing our club sandbags. Each member will have their own bag which will be available for collection in the Proshop when you are completing the registration process. You can fill the bag at the usual station which will be equipped with a sanitiser. You should sanitise your hands before and after filling your bag. If you have any sand remaining in the bag at the end of the round you can dispose of it in a box beside the cleaning bay.
There will be a charge of €5 taken from your clubhouse account by way of a fully refundable deposit which will be returned to you when restrictions cease, and the bag is returned.
The introduction of the all-day Snack Catering service daily has proved popular. However, there are no snack catering menu choices available during competition time when A La Carte dinners are being provided.
We are opening the main entrance to the clubhouse on Sundays Only between 12 noon and 4pm for older members and guests to access the dining room.
While there are no visitors allowed in the club in the current phase, catering can be provided for visiting teams in interclub competitions.
We would like to remind all members of the requirement to keep a social distance in the Clubhouse and Dining Room. Visiting another table is not allowed. This is for your own health and well-being and that of the staff.
