Applications for 2023 Membership
Application Forms for 2023 Membership are now available to download from the home page of the KGC Website. Printed copies may also be collected from the office.
Closing Date: Tuesday 1st November 2022 for all applications.
Please be mindful that the office is under some pressure at the moment. Please read all the Application Instructions carefully and only contact the office if your query has not been answered in the instructions.

Social Committee - New Members & Clubhouse Members Update
What a turnout for our new members coffee morning on the 17th September! The room was buzzing with both clubhouse and full members, with lots of members arranging to play in the coming weeks.
Most of the queries which had been put forward by clubhouse members were answered, and a number of events have since taken place, with lots more activity planned.
One of the main requests was for a WhatsApp group of ‘high handicap golfers’ as quite a lot of both clubhouse and full members felt nervous about being partnered with experienced golfers at outset, and did not know where to begin!
Delighted to advise that the first such outing took place, but just in case members were put off by the title ‘high handicap golfers' this group is open to beginners with no handicap, and is primarily a social event in the form of a ‘scramble’ to get to know one another. High Handicap Golfers Outing
We had our first clubhouse members golf outing on Monday 26th September, for ‘High handicap Golfers’ A great day had by all!
No official handicap is required, and this event is open to both Clubhouse and full members, and is a great social event.
Clubhouse member, Ann Moran has very kindly agreed to administer the WhatsApp group. Ann will be organising a second outing soon, so if you wish to add your name to the list, please WhatsApp Ann on 086 3413055.
Coffee Morning
Lots on members were keen to have a social coffee morning. I’m delighted to advise that the first official coffee morning will now take place on Friday the 28th October at 11.00AM
All new clubhouse and full members welcome!
Group Lessons with Sergio
Sergio has now confirmed that the date for the first group lesson is Thursday 20th October @ 1.00pm. We have quite a few names on the list already, so if you want to add your name to the list please email leohynesgolf@gmail.com. Both Sergio and Leo have access to this email account.

Smartcard Reminder: Please keep an eye on your smartcard purse balances and ensure they are topped up in advance of using your smartcard in the Bar and Pro-shop - Thank You.
Care & Maintenance Reminder:
Please repair all plug marks, divots, rake the bunkers properly (even if they are of not your own making), carry a sandbag and please keep up with the group in front – it's your golf course!
