Where has our short but sweet summer gone? Time to get the jackets out once again - Brrrrr! As you are all aware our course works have commenced this week, looking forward to seeing the end result which promises to be worth the temporary disruption.
This week is International Course Superintendent Appreciation Week. Many thanks to Michael Browne and his team for their tireless work they put into the golf course on our behalf. Those who were fortunate enough to play last Sunday, including 27 PGA Professionals, raved about the condition of the course presented to them. What better way to finish off our playing season!

Congratulations to Michael McDermott from Grange Golf Club who shot the new course record 7 under par 63 to win the 2023 Killiney Golf Club Pro-Am on Sunday last 10th September. Our 2023 Pro-Am was once again generously sponsored by Valerie Charlton & Paul Phelan - Many thanks for your support which is greatly appreciated. The club also wish to thank Keith Bardon and Leo Hynes for organising such a wonderful event.

Booking Casual Golf
The default for casual golf has been moved to 9 holes for the Winter period. You will need to book a second 9 to secure the equivalent of 18 holes.
As we have been reduced to 8 holes and 16 holes from 12th September, the turnaround time has been reduced from 2 hours 10 mins to 2 hours.
Autumn Leaves
Autumn Leaves competition has been postponed with a provisional date of Saturday 2nd December. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Ryder Cup Nine & Dine
A reminder that the timesheet opens this evening at 7pm for this event which is taking place on Friday 29th September. Shotgun Start at 4.30pm (Guests Welcome).
