Well autumn has definitely arrived! We had an Indian summer there for a few days. It's time to dust off the rain gear once again. The course looks really lovely at this time of year with the autumnal colours on the trees. Even if you are not golfing, come up and have a coffee / drink / lunch with your friends & family and enjoy the lovely view from the clubhouse.
Course Update
Following on from the update from Chair Ronan on the overall KGC Strategic Plan 2022-2027 in September (Link here in case you missed it) and in response to objective one under the Course Strategic Pillar, the Course Committee will soon begin to start work on a new course strategic plan to replace the existing development plan which expires in 2025.
Strategic Plan Objectives:
At the conclusion of this 10-year plan the course development committee will, with member consultation, carry out another review of the course and the next 5-year rolling plan (2025-2030) will be devised, agreed, and worked on.
We will have in place an ongoing strategic course plan which is maintained and reviewed every five years, and which ensures that our golf course and practice facilities are maintained and presented to the highest of standards all year round.
To this end, we have a new email address: coursecommittee@killineygolfclub.ie.
We would welcome your input on areas that you believe should be addressed as part of this project. We would also welcome your feedback on any other course related issues that maybe outside the scope of the 2025-2030 plan, but you would like to bring to our attention.

The Plummers Hamper takes place on Sunday 12th November with a shotgun start at 2pm, booking opens on Sunday 29th October at 9.00am.
