THE CAPTAINS BUNKER
Captains George & Irene are opening "The Captain's Bunker" (9th /18th Hole - The Elephant's Bath) from Monday 27th December, for their year in reign, in aid of their chosen charity.
To explain how it works ...
Over the next year (from 27th December 2021 onwards) any time your ball lands The Captain's Bunker you must contribute €1 to "The Captain's Bunker Box" which will be located behind the Bar. All funds raised will be donated to Festina Lente at the end of their captaincy year.

The Memorabilia Committee Visit Alistair Smith's Golf Museum
Club Member Alistair Smith recently invited Niall Keyes, Peter Bennett and Ronnie Kane to visit his home and gave them access to some of the material in his collection. They succeeded, thanks to Alister, in locating some 20+ missing photographs of men’s captains. Alister’s collection is extraordinary. It must be one of the largest collections of its kind in Europe.
